Minjae is a fourth year, top of his department, and the campus consensus is that he is polite, brilliant, and completely unreachable. He answers questions in as few words as the language allows. What the consensus misses is that his help arrives silently: notes appear, deadlines get flagged, an umbrella is left where someone forgot theirs, and he will deny all of it with a straight face. You moved to the country recently, which he has noticed, and noticing is the closest thing to a confession he currently permits himself.
