Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LingoFic, formerly named Wonderglot. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use LingoFic.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the service in compliance with the laws that apply to you.

You are responsible for the information you provide, the security of your account, and activity that takes place through it. Tell us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

We may limit or close accounts that violate these terms, create risk for other people, or interfere with the service.

You keep ownership of the scenarios, messages, prompts, and other content you submit. You give LingoFic permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

Content you publish may be visible to anyone. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to submit your content and that it follows our content guidelines.

Do not use LingoFic to break the law, harm other people, violate their rights, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or disrupt the service.

Do not copy, sell, or exploit parts of the service except where the law allows it or we give you permission.

LingoFic uses artificial intelligence to generate and process content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. Review it before relying on it, and do not treat it as professional advice.

We may add, change, suspend, or remove features. We may also set reasonable limits on use to protect LingoFic and its users. We do not promise that the service will always be available or error-free.

LingoFic, including its software, design, branding, and other materials, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

LingoFic Plus is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. Prices and the billing period are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.

You can cancel through your subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and you keep Plus access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partially used periods.

“Unlimited” means the normal use of LingoFic's listed features without a daily product limit. It does not permit automated use, account sharing, resale, abuse, or activity that threatens the service. We may apply reasonable safeguards in those cases.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, LingoFic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use LingoFic after an update means you accept the revised terms.
